New and Emerging Air Technologies Library (NEAT)

Welcome to the NEAT technical library.  The Clean Air Act calls for the creation of resources such as NEAT in order to maximize the flow of technical information regarding new, and emerging air emissions technologies.  The Environmental Protection Agencies Office of Air Quality Planning and Strategy was given this task.  Any technology that contributes to upholding the clean air act is a candidate for this library.  This includes technologies that apply to point, area, and mobile sources of air pollution.

NEAT welcomes any vendors, manufacturers, and developers of cutting edge technologies to submit their information to our website.
